A simple 3-ingredient frozen strawberry yogurt bark made with creamy vanilla yogurt, fresh strawberries, and crunchy pistachios. This easy no-bake treat is perfect for spring and summer snacking.
Wash, hull, and slice the strawberries. Pat them completely dry.
Spread the vanilla yogurt onto the parchment in an even layer about ¼-inch thick.
Scatter the sliced strawberries evenly over the yogurt and gently press them in.
Sprinkle chopped pistachios over the top, pressing lightly so they adhere.
Freeze for 2–3 hours, or until completely firm.
Remove from the freezer and break into pieces.
